I picked up this book thinking it's time to start to learn deep learning in this LLM era. This book was a great one for the first off. This book was published in 2019 and had already introduced the generative AI. It brought me a feeling that the chatGPT was innovative not by the technology itself but by the provided effective user interface.

AIを魔法のような技術だと感じている方が、一から勉強するときにイメージするには良いかも。 少し齧ったことのある人には退屈になってしまうので、専門書に手を伸ばしたほうが良さそう。

パラパラーっとよんだ。 機会学習とかの説明はPFNの他の本の方がよくまとまっている。今後の展開とか処理性能の話がおもろかったな。学習データ自体をシミュレーションしていくってのはたしかに。
